Here are some of the pictures of the manufacturing of the Billet Alt-A/C bracket from Xtreme Billet.

Bracket starts with a solid piece of raw, flat 6061 aluminum block.  

This is a picture of the Proto-type, manually made.

A CAD system has to be made and saved onto a disk to cut each bracket the same.

   This is what our bracket will look like.

Here is our Bracket before we installed it.

Here it is after installed.  Just need to get our pulleys.
